Editor Bio: Jessica Allyson (pen name) is based in Ottawa, Canada. Jessica has been actively writing and studying haiku for the past several years and approaches the genre with a beginner’s mind. She is a member of the HSA’s Volery Mentorship Program as well as a member of Haiku Canada and its Trillium and KaDo groups.
