Call for Guest Editors

Thanks to everyone who filled out the survey regarding the guest editing schedule for Haiku Girl Summer. Based on the responses, I am going with a guest editing stint of one week, with an option for editors to take on an additional week as well.

Please note that, as with the poets we publish, guest editors should be women-identifying haiku practitioners. Haiku Girl Summer is a nonbinary and trans-inclusive publication, and that applies to editors as well as published poets.

Selected weeks will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive an email confirming your choice.If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of submission, please email me at allyson@allysonwhipple.com to follow up. 

To ensure all interested editors have a chance to select a week that fits their schedule, I will not begin assigning additional weeks until May 15th. If you requested an additional week and have not received a response by May 20th, please let me know. 

Details about administrative access to submissions will be available after I confirm your editorial time slot.
